Shipping policy

At Naturally Collagen® we try to keep shipping nice and simple.

For starters, shipping is FREE within the US.

We work hard to make sure the majority of orders placed before 1pm* dispatch the same day.

We use USPS Ground Advantage (this is a tracked service) and you will normally receive your order within 3 - 5 working days.

* Please note: Orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the next working day and orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

Please note, shipping to Alaska and Hawai’i may take 5 – 7 working days to reach you. If you do need a little help please give us a call or send us an email to hello@naturallycollagen.com
